Minnesota Concrete Pipe Association
The Minnesota Concrete Pipe Association (MnCPA) is a 501c non-profit trade association representing the concrete pipe manufacturing industry, precast concrete industry affiliates and industry partners supplying goods and support services in Minnesota.
Mission
MnCPA promotes concrete pipe and precast concrete by providing education and technical assistance to Minnesota civil engineers, specifiers, construction inspectors, elected officials, civil engineering students and their educators.
MnCPA Activities
- Seminars and webinars for municipalities, counties, civil engineering consulting firms, MnDOT offices and civil engineering students (college and university presentations)
- Technical assistance: Storm Sewer and culvert design, installation and specifications assistance
- Technical training for concrete pipe and precast industry QC and manufacturing personnel
- Legislative advocacy
